Michael Sachs obtained his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2001 with a major in Political Science, graduating with honors. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law in 2004, where he was a member of the Review of Law and Women's Studies.

Mr. Sachs is admitted to practice in all California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
