Steven Alan Beilock is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer specializing in business, commercial, and real estate disputes. He also is an accomplished litigator in other areas including insurance coverage and bad faith, product liability, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and construction. He has tried to judgment more than seventy cases in state and federal courts throughout California, and handled over thirty appeals. Additionally, he represents secured and unsecured creditors in commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.

Mr. Beilock's extensive background as a transactional lawyer in the fields of financial services, real property, and intellectual property give him unique insights into litigation involving those areas. He has counseled and represented financial services institutions and other lenders in a wide variety of transactional matters, including: commercial and consumer loans; transactions secured by real and personal property collateral; operational issues encountered by financial institutions; lender liability; fraudulent transfers; and forged, raised and improperly endorsed checks. Mr. Beilock has negotiated and documented commercial real estate and asset-based loans, as well as represented commercial lenders and secured creditors in work-outs and restructuring of troubled real estate and asset-based loans. He has a background in real property and equipment leasing. Additionally, he has negotiated, structured, documented and reviewed contracts and licenses involving the development, publishing, manufacture, marketing, distribution and transfer of computer software and related technology.
