David J. Becht specializes in personal injury, product liability, fraud, commercial disputes, employment law, and representing seniors in elder law matters. He also offers seminars on indemnity issues and elder law litigation. Mr. Becht has successfully tried numerous cases and has developed a reputation for settling cases at early junctures with minimal defense costs.

A graduate of Hastings College of the Law in 1982 (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, The Thurston Society), Mr. Becht received his B.A in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, in 1975.
